Safety and comfort is at the top of our agenda when we designed our services for school runs

Meeting the demands and satisfaction of the parents/guardians/carers and having a good rapport with all parties involved is very important to us.
We believe communication is the key to engage a child. Keeping in mind their individualities and having understanding of their specific needs does make the journey a lot more comfortable and enjoyable for the children. It is no longer a tiresome job of being picked up and dropped off to and from the school NOW it is an enjoyable experience!
We understand diversity and hence we have staff from all walks of life. Our staff are empathetic and friendly who speak fluent English and are also multilingual.
All our staff are DBS checked and most are trained in safe guarding, manual handling and first aid and are aware of what action to take in case of an emergency.
We know the council is restricted not just with the budget but with other compliances and meeting the demands of the parents, schools and the service users i.e. the children. Currently the council hires female Passenger Assistants to accompany male drivers when they are on the school run, especially with teenage girls. We are offering on cutting down the cost of hiring assistance when it is not needed so you can make savings.
Our core values are in line with the core values of the council by strengthening communities who are living within the borough and catering for their specific needs. Our staff are recruited from local areas. Our aim is to provide job opportunities to women who want to make an earning without having to compromise their family lives and constraints. We are delivering this service by breaking down their barriers and offering them an opportunity that suits their individual needs hence empowering them. These are the very same individuals who also want to give something back to the society and who also understand the needs of their community members. We are a social enterprise and we have social aims and we want to help because we care!
